By accessing and using the Whitelands Marketing Platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Platform Description

Whitelands is a digital marketing platform that connects users with task opportunities. Users can earn money by completing various marketing tasks including social media engagement, content creation, and referral activities.

3. User Registration and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person may only maintain one account on the platform

4. Task Completion and Payment

Task Requirements:

• All tasks must be completed according to the provided instructions
• Evidence of task completion must be submitted as required
• Tasks must be completed within the specified timeframe
• Quality standards must be met for task approval

Payment Terms:

• Payments are processed within 24-48 hours of task approval
• Minimum withdrawal amount is KES 100
• Payments are made via mobile money (M-Pesa) only
• Payment processing fees may apply as per mobile money operator rates

5. Referral Program

• Referral rewards are paid when referred users complete tasks worth KES 100
• Self-referrals and fake referrals are strictly prohibited
• Referral fraud may result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings
• Referral rewards are subject to verification and approval

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using automated tools or bots
• Providing false information or fake evidence
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Circumventing platform security measures
• Posting inappropriate or offensive content

7. Content and Intellectual Property

• Users retain rights to content they create
• By submitting content, users grant Whitelands a license to use it for platform purposes
• Users must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Platform content and design are protected by copyright and trademark laws

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms of service
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete tasks properly
• Abuse of the referral system
• Any activity that harms the platform or other users

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee continuous availability of tasks
• Earnings may vary and are not guaranteed
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid to users

10. Privacy and Data Protection

• User data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy
• We implement security measures to protect user information
• Users consent to data processing for platform operations
• Data may be shared with payment processors and verification services

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya
• Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya
• Users agree to attempt resolution through our support system first
